Congratulations! Roberta Loman, the painting artist, drew the winning ticket at the September meeting of the Friends. Andrea Bartel of North Olmsted OH won the painting.

The proceeds of the raffle will be used to assist the Park District meet the matching funds requirement to build a picnic shelter for the Allen and Adaline Garber Nature Center. The shelter will be a multi-use facility providing a location for educational programs, a meeting area for family reunions and other groups, and a small storage area for the Park District. A NatureWorks Grant will provide 75% of the funds for the pavilion.

The outside dimensions of the framed picture are: 29 1/2" long x 25 5/8" high. It has a Barn siding frame with a double acid-free matboard. The medium is Gouache on Strathmore 400 Bristol.
